If you are interested in being affiliates (Yay!), I would probably be more than happy to be! All that I ask is just a few simple things:

First, that you keep in touch with me! A few times a month is fine.
You must be fairly active. At least updating your blog/content pretty frequently.
Please let me know if you will be inactive or on hiatus. I'll do the same for you!
Do have an original site. Meaning, make sure that the work is done by you and that you credit when appropriate.
Most of all, just to be friends! I would love to meet you and get to know you!!
